(The public is now welcome to address the Commission regarding items that do not appear on tonight’s agenda but that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission. Speakers shall address their remarks to the Commission as a whole and not to individual Commissioners or Department or OCC personnel. Under Police Commission Rules of Order, during public comment, neither Police or OCC personnel, nor Commissioners are required to respond to questions presented by the public but, may provide a brief response. Individual Commissioners and Police and OCC personnel should refrain, however, from entering into any debates or discussion with speakers during public comment. b. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b)(1) and San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10(b) and Penal Code Section 832.7:
PERSONNEL EXCEPTION: Discussion and possible action to issue Police Commission subpoenas in the matter of Case No. KMO C10-032 (ACTION ITEM)

c. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b)(1) and San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10(b) and Penal Code Section 832.7:
PERSONNEL EXCEPTION: Discussion and possible action to accept or reject stipulated agreement filed in disciplinary case no. JWA C10-042(ACTION ITEM)

d. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b)(1) and San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10(b) and Penal Code Section 832.7:
PERSONNEL EXCEPTION: Discussion and possible to sustain or not sustain disciplinary charges filed in case no. IVF C09-143, and if sustained, decide penalty (ACTION ITEM)

e. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b)(1) and San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10(b) and Penal Code Section 832.7:

10. Discussion and possible action to grant or deny Motions for Dismissal of Disciplinary Charges filed against Officer Wendy Hurley, Case No. JCT C06-187; decision to sustain or not sustain disciplinary charges, if necessary; decision to decide penalty, if necessary (ACTION ITEM)

The Commission may decide to consider Item 10, in whole or in part, in Closed Session pursuant to Government Code section 54957(b)(1) and S.F. Administrative Code Section 67.10(b).
