-              Request of Officer Mike Mitchell to accept gifts of a ball cap and hooded sweatshirt, from the San Francisco SPCA, for his assistance with the recovery of a stolen dog

                (The public is now welcome to address the Commission regarding items that do not appear on tonight’s agenda but that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission.  Speakers shall address their remarks to the Commission as a whole and not to individual Commissioners or Department or OCC personnel.  Under Police Commission Rules of Order, during public comment, neither Police or OCC personnel, nor Commissioners are required to respond to questions presented by the public but, may provide a brief response.  Individual Commissioners and Police and OCC personnel should refrain, however, from entering into any debates or discussion with speakers during public comment.  Please limit your comments to three (3) minutes.)

4.            Discussion and possible action to recommend that the Board of Supervisors adopt a resolution authorizing the Chief of Police to retroactively accept and expend a grant in the amount of $200,000 from the California Emergency Management Agency (CalEMA) for the Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force (HF) Program (ACTION)

 

5.            Public comment on all matters pertaining to Item 7 below, Closed Session, including public comment on vote whether to hold Item 7 in closed session.

                                PERSONNEL EXCEPTION:   Assignment of disciplinary charges filed in Case No. IAD 2012-0662, to an individual Commissioner for the taking of evidence on a date to be determined by the Commissioner (DISCUSSION)

                PERSONNEL EXCEPTION:   Discussion and possible action to accept or reject Stipulated Disposition of disciplinary charges filed in Case No. IAD 2011-0158 or to take other action regarding charges or proposed Stipulated Disposition (ACTION)

 

e.            Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 and San Francisco Administrative

                                Code Section 67.10(b) and Penal Code Section 832.7:

                PERSONNEL EXCEPTION:   Hearing on the Appeal of the Chief’s Suspension filed in Case No. ALW D11-240/IAD 2010-268, and discussion to sustain or not sustain the Chief’s Suspension or take other action, if necessary (ACTION)

 

f.             Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 and San Francisco Administrative

                                Code Section 67.10(b) and Penal Code Section 832.7:

                PERSONNEL EXCEPTION:   Hearing on disciplinary charges and discussion to sustain or not sustain disciplinary charges filed in Case No. ALW C10-259, and to decide penalty or take other action, if necessary (ACTION)
