Call to Order: Having achieved quorum (see Roll Call), the June 2016 meeting of the SFVAC was called to order at6:00pm, with Vice President Dwane Kennedy presiding.

 

Roll Call: In attendance: Commissioners Barnickel, Dacumos, Dixon, Guy, Joiner, Kennedy, Maffei, Miller, Weeby, Flaherty, and Wong.

Absent: Commissioners Jenkins, Noetzel, Marshall (all excused)

 

Approval of Agenda: Motion made by VP Kennedy, Seconded by Commissioner Dacumos. All present Commissioners approved the minutes.

 

Approval of Minutes: Motion made by VP Kennedy, Seconded by Commissioner Barnickel. All present Commissioners approve.

 

 

Officer’s Report:

No reports from the President and Vice President. Secretary Guy reported that the agenda and minutes were disseminated on time.

 

Old Business:

There was nothing to report re: SFVAC Social Media presence.

 

New Business:

Nominations for the 2017 SFVAC Leadership were taken. ForPresident, Pres. Maffei nominated VP Kennedy and he accepted. Commissioner Miller was nominated for Vice President by VP Kennedy and he accepted. Secretary Guy was nominated to remain Secretary by Pres. Maffei and she accepted.

 

There was nothing to report on the SFVAC’s online presence.

 

After announcements and the Honor’s Report, the meeting was adjourned at 6:06pm.
