Initial discussion of item occurred at last meeting. Item will be further discussed and resolved.

7. DISCUSSION ITEM: CONTRACTING PROCEDURES TRAINING
The Controller’s office will provide a brief overview of the contracting process, and basic guidelines for doing business with the City.

8. DISCUSSION ITEM: DISTRIBUTE AND DISCUSS SURVEY PREPARED BY CO-CHAIRS JUDITH BLACKWELL AND NANCY RUBIN
Survey requires departments to define individual contracting needs not covered by the standard form for City contracts (form P-500).

9. DISCUSSION ITEM: REVIEW OF FORM P-5OO
Members of the task force will begin review of the standard form for City contracts. City department representatives will discuss special conditions and attachments required by their departments in addition to the standard form.

* Opportunity for members of the public to address the City Contracting Task Force on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City Contracting Task Force. Additionally, public comment will be taken on each agenda item.
