5. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM: DISTRIBUTE AND DISCUSS SURVEY PREPARED BY CO-CHAIRS JUDITH BLACKWELL AND NANCY RUBIN
Survey requires departments to define individual contracting needs not covered by the standard form for City contracts (form P-500).

6. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM: REVIEW OF FORM P-5OO AND MASTER CONTRACTS
Members of the task force will begin review of the standard form for City contracts and discuss how to achieve a renewable, master contract. City department representatives will discuss special conditions and attachments required by their departments in addition to the standard form.

* Opportunity for members of the public to address the City Contracting Task Force on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City Contracting Task Force. Additionally, public comment will be taken on each agenda item.
