5.DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM: REVIEW OF P-500 AND G-100 FORMS; DISCUSSION OF CONTRACTING STANDARDS ESTABLISHED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH
Task force members will continue discussion of the P-500 and G-100 forms. They will also discuss commonality across departments with contracting standards established by the Department of Public Health.
6. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM: "SUMMARY OF CONSENSUS REACHED IN JULY 1997 RE GRANT AGREEMENTS" prepared by the City Attorney’s Office, Controller’s Office, Human Resources Department, and Purchasing Department.
