5.DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM: REVIEW OF P-500 AND G-100 FORMS; DISCUSSION OF CONTRACTING STANDARDS ESTABLISHED BY VARIOUS CITY DEPARTMENTS

-          The Task Force will review responses from various City Departments.
-          Purpose and nature of contracts.
-          Task Force members will remonstrate on sections of P-500.

6. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM: GRANT AGREEMENTS

7. DISCUSSION OF REPORTS FROM COMMITTEES & THEIR CHARGES:

The Task Force will review the charge of the committees.
The Task Force will hear reports from the Monitoring Practices committee & the Standardized Forms committee.

Opportunity for members of the public to address the City Non-Profit Contracting Task Force on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City Non-Profit Contracting Task Force. Additionally, public comment will be taken on each agenda item.
