The meeting was called to order by Task Force Co-Chair Judith Blackwell at 1:18 P.M.
Consent Calendar
The June 13 minutes were unanimously approved.
Report of the Co-Chairs
Co-Chair Blackwell announced that Co-Chair Rubin has invited a facilitator to come to the next full Task Force meeting (June 27).
Louis Knox (Office of Contract Administration) and Galen Leung (Department of Public Health) gave a presentation on their pilot project to centralize and make available to all city departments information on professional services contracts, contractors and related documents electronically.
Discussion Item: Review of P-500 & G-100 Forms; Discussion of Contracting Standards
Item was not discussed.
Grant Agreements
Item was not discussed because the City Hall grant agreements meeting was cancelled.
Committee Reports
Both the Monitoring committee & Standardized Forms committee distributed meeting notes, which were discussed by the Task Force. (Notes are attached.)
The Best Practices committee distributed notes from its June 6 meeting (attached).
Two possible action items were added to the next agenda regarding two recommendations from the Standardized Forms Committee.
At the next full Task Force meeting (June 27), the facilitator will lead the discussion of issues & recommendations of all four committees.
Report to the Board of Supervisors
Per the Task Force, the Department of Administrative Services provided copies of the Living Wage Task Force Final Report as a suggested format guideline. The Task Force discussed the format and timeline of the final report. A possible action item for voting on the nature and timeline was added to the next agenda.
