The meeting was called to order by Task Force member Jim Illig as acting Chair at 1:15 P.M.

Consent Calendar
The June 13 minutes were unanimously approved.

Report of the Co-Chairs
No report.

Nature & Timing of Report to Board of Supervisors
Item was discussed but no action was taken.



Recommendations from the Standardized Forms Committee (6.1 & 6.2)
          The Task Force unanimously approved the following recommendations:
          6.1) Create a standard and simplified set of forms.
"          Does not duplicate data from one section to another
"          That forms are:
"          Consistent
"          Simplified, and
"          Non-duplicative.
"          Allows contractor to provide all needed data in a standardized format to all departments
"          Reflects the minimum requirements of funding source
6.2) Reconfigure the committee to include broader & more specific representation.
"          Non-Profits
"          Current:

Discussion related to Issues & Recommendations:
          The Task Force decided to meet again on July 11 and 18. They will hear a full report from each of the committees on or about 7/30, 8/30 and 9/30.

New Business
No new business.

Public Comment
Lerman distributed an article from The San Jose Mercury News (see attached).

Haskell discussed the possibility of gathering a list of non-profits that have multiple contracts with the City.
