1. Proposed Changes to SFVAC By Laws regarding MEETING ATTENDANCE(Discussion & Vote – Action Item)

   Committee members will review bylaws changes and proposed for eventual amendment of VAC Bylaws at

   ARTICLE V. Meetings

   Commissioners will have full opportunity to discuss proposed changes, including opportunity to add, modify or subtract text changes as proposed.  Public Comment will be invited prior to vote.

3.  AJORNMENT no later than 5:45pm

S.F. VAC BYLAWS COMMITTEE MEETINGS

Subject Committee Meetings shall generally be scheduled immediately PRIOR TO the monthly General Meetings of the S.F. VAC.

As GENERAL MEETINGS are scheduled for 6:00pm (on) the SECOND TUESDAY of every month,

It is anticipated that SFVAC  BYLAWS COMMITTEE MEETINGS will be called to order at 4:45pm at location indicated in Public Posting as required by law.

Specific Announcement of SFVAC  BYLAWS COMMITTEE are made via public Posting of MEETING AGENDAS. Agendas for SFVAC  BYLAWS COMMITTEE Meetings will be available for Public View and inspection at the (5^th Floor) Government Information Center of the San Francisco (Main) Public Library, at 100 Larkin St., San Francisco 94102, some 72 hours prior to scheduled meetings.
