discuss issues raised at the November 19, 1999 meeting including enforcement
of sidewalk obstructions to path of travel; ticketing of vehicles in bus zones
and blue zones; dispatch; installation of blue zones in residential areas; red
painting of curb ramps; numbers of blue zones in residential areas and downtown;
accessibility in the public right-of-way, pedestrian safety, the creation of
additional on-street accessible parking , and other possible issues including
the creation of a Disabled Placard Committee.

6, 7, 71 Haight/ Noriega. Accessible curbside parking is available on 1 Dr.
Carlton B. Goodlett Place and Grove Street.
