7. INFORMATION ITEM: Report from the Department of Aging and Adult Services. Options Counseling: Presentation by Jason Adamek, DAAS; and Alecia Contreras, ILRCSF. Going beyond typical Information and Assistance services, Options Counseling is a person-centered, interactive, decision-support process whereby individuals are supported in making informed long-term support choices in the context of their own preferences, strengths, and values.

10. INFORMATION ITEM: Transit Effectiveness Project. Presentation by Program Manager Julie Kirschbaum, SFMTA. The Transit Effectiveness Project is a program to improve reliability and provide quicker trips for Muni customers.
