Determination of jurisdiction on complaint filed by Svetlana Ptashnaya against the Department of Aging and Adult Services for allegedly refusing to furnish the results of an investigation filed against Adult Protection Services employee Ethelbert Ogbuehi.
Complaint Svetlana Ptashnaya said she asked the Department of Aging and Adult Services for the results of an investigation based on her complaint against Adult Protective Services employee Ethelbert Ogbuehi. She said the department informed her that it had taken the necessary steps but because its investigative file contained information that was confidential under state law, the results could not be disclosed.
The respondent was not present. No one in the audience presented facts and evidence in support of the respondent.

Determination of jurisdiction on complaint filed by Alvin Xex against the Children and Families Commission for allegedly violating Sunshine Ordinance Sections 67.27, 67.31 & 67.35.
Complainant Alvin Xex was not present. No one in the audience presented facts and evidence in support of the respondent.
Laurel Kloomok, executive director of First5SF, a non-profit which works with the Children and Families Commission, said the agency does not have any documents responsive to Mr. Xex’s request.

Determination of jurisdiction on complaint filed by Suzanne Dumont against the Recreation & Park Department for allegedly refusing to adhere to a Public Records Request.
Complaint Suzanne Dumont said she was seeking the names on a panel considering the Stow Lake Boathouse Concession Request For Qualification. The department, she said, has responded by saying that the Ordinance prevented them from releasing the names until the process had ended.
