Determination of jurisdiction on complaint filed by Sandra Brotherton against the Department of Emergency Management for allegedly not providing certain information regarding 9-1-1 reports.
Complainant Sandra Brotherton said she is portrayed as a guilty party in the Department of Emergency Management’s CAD reports because it did not contain the name of the party who made the 9-1-1 call or because it was blacked out. That information, she said, puts her in a disadvantage because she does not get the right to confront her accuser before the law.
Motion to find jurisdiction ( Knoebber / Goldman )
