Determination of jurisdiction on complaint filed by Nick Pasquariello against the Bay Area Video Coalition, a non-profit that has a contract with the Department of Technology, for failure to respond to an Immediate Disclosure Request.
Complaint withdrawn.

Determination of jurisdiction and request for clarification on complaint filed by Kellee Lanza against the District Attorney’s Office for failure to produce public documents.
Complainant Kellee Lanza said she has been waiting for the documents for four months and did not agree to a continuance requested by the District Attorney’s Office.
Respondent Sandip Patel said he was requesting a continuance because he would be participating in a criminal trial and would not be able to represent the department efficiently.
