Member Knee, seconded by Member Washburn, motioned to approve the minutes.

Determination of jurisdiction on complaint filed by Matt Smith against the District Attorney’s Office for allegedly refusing to release files related to an investigation.
Heard: Complainant Matt Smith spoke in favor of jurisdiction. Respondent Katherine Miller of the District Attorney’s Office said the Task Force did not have jurisdiction.
Member Knee, seconded by Member Washburn, motioned to find jurisdiction.
Public Comment: Tomas Picarello spoke in favor.
The motion carried on the following vote:
