Notes from Complaint Committee Meeting 1/16/01
Administrator to contact Mr. Goldner to let him know the
discussion of the Complaint Committee:
The next mailing of rent notices to harbor tenants from
the Recreation & Park Department will include a consent form to the tenants
asking if they authorize their home addresses and telephone numbers to be
released from the Recreation & Park Department listing.
Request an analysis from the City Attorney’s Office regarding
release of home addresses and telephone numbers from a privacy point of view
and a Sunshine Ordinance point of view.
