3. Mission Statement and Work Program

    Motion adopted approving the attached Mission and Work Plan to present to the Task Force. (Guillory/Brugmann)

1. Complaint of Gloria R. Tulanowski regarding Planning Department posting violations.

    Motion adopted approving the following from the Memorandum from the Deputy City Attorney dated September 21, 200 regarding this complaint. (See attached memo) The Committee stated they had/had not subject jurisdiction on the following: (Appel/Guillory)

Complaint No. 13: Blocked public comment by supervisor committee

      Complaint No. 14; Agenda description not followed by Burton Trust Res. 00-46

Complaint No. 15: Produce public record that allowed Supervisor abuse

    Motion adopted to recommend a hearing on all three complaints. (Brugmann/Guillory)

    Suggestion was made to invite Sue Hestor to the hearing.

4. Public Comment

    Bill Barnes addressed the committee expressing concerns regarding noticing requirements from Planning Department.
