1. Approval of minutes of November 16, 2000.
  Minutes approved (Brugmann, Appel)
2. Amendments to Public Complaint Procedures
3. Complaint of Dawn Clements against the Human Rights Commission
  Deputy City Attorney Amy Ackerman stated this complaint 
    was within the Task Force jurisdiction. 
  Deputy City Attorney Amy Ackerman stated she would prepare 
    a memorandum outlining the legal and procedural issues raised by the complaints 
    Dawn Clements of November 16, 2000, and Harry Jamerson of November 30, 2000, 
    regarding the Human Rights Commission.
  Judy Appel suggested we bookmark a discussion regarding 
    findings of the Task Force and the setting of a precedent or guidelines.
  Public comment from Raymond Willis acting on behalf of 
    Dawn Clements wanted to be sure the Committee received letter from Dawn Clements. 
    
  Hearing set before the full Task Force on December 19, 
    2000.
  Judy Appel stated it would be helpful for discussion before 
    the Complaint Committee to have a memo from the City Attorney’s Office regarding 
    the submitted complaints. 
  Judy Appel stated she felt it was important that the Complaint 
    Committee not make a determination about a complaint until after we have heard 
    from all parties.
4. Complaint of Harry Jamerson against the Human Rights 
  Commission
  Deputy City Attorney Amy Ackerman stated this complaint 
    was within the Task Force jurisdiction.
  Hearing set before the full Task Force on December 19, 
    2000.
5. Public Comment
Hilda Bernstein stated she would contact Gloria Tulanowski 
  regarding her complaint.
