Determination of jurisdiction of complaint of Roland Sheppard against the Public Utilities Commission for alleged failure to produce records.
Complainant Roland Sheppard spoke in favor of his complaint.
Diane Parker, Public Utilities Commission, stated Mr. Sheppard had received all the information they had.
Motion adopted accepting jurisdiction of this complaint. (Cauthen/Nickliss) (Parker absent)

Determination of jurisdiction of complaint of Peter Warfield against the San Francisco Public Library regarding alleged failure to produce records in a timely manner.
Complainant Peter Warfield spoke in favor of his complaint.
Motion adopted accepting jurisdiction of this complaint. (Nickliss/Cauthen) (Parker absent)

Discussion and possible revision of the Public Complaint Procedures.
Committee held work session regarding the Public Complaint Procedures. This item continued for further consideration at the next meeting.
Public comment from Peter Warfield regarding lack if perspective of complaint procedures; disagreed with some of his prior complaints going directly to the Compliance & Amendments Committee; lack of department representatives appearing at hearings; the submittal of information to the Administrator prior to hearings; concern of questions drafted by the Task Force.
