Motion adopted approving jurisdiction on the complaint filed by John Darmanin against the SF Fire Commission for alleged refused public comment. (Pilpel/Sterner)

Hearing on the complaint filed by John Darmanin against the SF Fire Commission for alleged limited public comment on an agenda item.

Speakers: John Darmanin, complainant, Fire Commissioner Goldman spoke on the SF Fire Commission 3/24/05 meeting.

Motion adopted approving the jurisdiction on the complaint filed by John Darmanin against the Fire Department for alleged seriatim meeting rule by the Chair and two other members of the Commission and for the Task Force to review the current practice of terminating discussions of Commission members prior to a vote. (Cauthen/Pilpel)
