Continued to the next regular meeting without objection.

Determination of jurisdiction of complaint filed by Micki Jones against the SF Fire Department for alleged refusal to release copies of reports, documentation, and whatever determination as a result of ISB's investigation.
Speaker: Lori Kalos, Assistant Deputy Chief, San Francisco Fire Department spoke on the progress of the reports requested by Micki Jones.
Motion to recommend jurisdiction of complaint filed by Micki Jones against the Fire Department for alleged refusal to release copies of records, documentation, and whatever determination as a result of Investigation Service Bureau’s investigation. (Pilpel/Wolfe)

Determination of jurisdiction of complaint filed by Dr. Nataraj Akkiraju against the Public Utilities Commission for alleged failure to release unredacted 5 pages of requested engineering report.
Speakers: Dr. Nataraj Akkiraju, complainant, spoke in support of jurisdiction; Tony Winnicker, Director of Communications, Public Utilities Commission, spoke on the redacted pages of the engineering report; Paul Mazza, Operations Manager, San SFPUC spoke on the security purposes of the information redacted.

Note: Each member of the public will be allotted the same maximum number of minutes to speak as set by the Chair at the beginning of each item, excluding persons requested by the Task Force to make presentations.
1. Complainant presents his/her facts and evidence 5 minutes
