Determination of jurisdiction of complaint filed by Sue Cauthen on behalf of the Telegraph Hill Dwellers Parking & Traffic Committee against the Municipal Transportation Agency for alleged violation of Sections 67.21 and 67.24 of the Sunshine Ordinance by refusing to provide an informal legal opinion to the Municipal Transportation Agency Citizens Advisory Council.
Chair Cauthen appointed member Wolfe as interim Chair.

Discussion regarding City Department’s Index of Records/Records Retention Policy.

In accordance with Committee consensus the Administrator was requested to provide copies of the Records Retention Policies and Schedules for Municipal Transportation Agency and the Civil Service Commission.
Continued to the December 13, 2005 meeting without objection.

Member Wolfe asked Deputy City Attorney Llorente to clarify whether language in the two jurisdictional letters were identical, which states "the Task Force has jurisdiction" and "the Task Force does have jurisdiction. DCA Llorente confirmed that they were identical.
