1. Approval of minutes of April 23, 2002 of the Proposed Amendments to the Sunshine Ordinance Ad Hoc Committee.
Minutes approved. (Nickliss/Sterner) (Knee absent)
2. Mission Statement and Work Program.
Mission Statement and Work Program approved as attached.
3. Orders of Determination.
Suggestion was made to include on all Orders of Determinations: After 30 days the Order of Determination will be reviewed by the Compliance and Amendments Committee for compliance.
4. Regular date and time of Committee meetings.
Second Wednesdays, 3:30 p.m., decided for regular meetings.
5. Public comment.
No public comment.
6. Committee Member items.
Member Nickliss requested the Committee work on follow-up.
