The meeting convened at 3:33 p.m.
Roll Call: All present
1. Approval of minutes of December 12, 2002.
Minutes approved (Knee/Nickliss)
2. Orders of Determination.
Report given by Administrator.
Motion adopted recommending that if the Administrator reconfirms between now and the meeting of the full Task Force that Mr. Cockrell is no longer interested in pursuing the complaint, that this Committee recommend to the full Task Force that they withdraw the referral to the Ethics Commission (Nickliss/Knee).

4. Committee Member items.
Member Sterner discussed Section 67.21(e). This issue will be placed on the Committee agenda for the next meeting.
Member Nickliss requested that the issue of feedback from the community on issues of amendments to the Sunshine Ordinance be placed on the next Task Force agenda.
Member Knee requested that Senate Constitutional Amendment 7 be placed on the Task Force agenda.
