Hearing and receiving comments from the community regarding possible amendments to the City/County of San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance (Administrative Code Section 67).
Comments from:
Steve Cockrell regarding Sunshine Ordinance Task Force judicial procedures; jurisdictional hearings; final hearings; lack of enforcement; clarification of Sunshine Ordinance language.
John Plummar regarding problems of retrieving information from departments; index of records.
Peter Warfield regarding Sunshine Ordinance Section 67.21 (c), concerns in requesting records; documents and policies being available to the public prior to discussion and approval of the documents.
Pilar Dexter regarding safety issues.
David Parker regarding possible amendment to the Sunshine Ordinance requiring community meetings of the Task Force and the Public Education & Information Committee.
Marjorie Ann Williams thanking the Task Force for conducting these public hearings.
