1. 1/25/05 Order of Determination progress report on the complaint of Brinkman, Christensen, and Vaughn against the Golden Gate Park Concourse Authority and the Order of Determination that was referred to the Board of Supervisors, Ethics Commission, and Recreation & Parks Commission.
2. 3/8/04 Order of Determination, progress report on the complaint of Peter Warfield against the Public Library and the Order of Determination that was referred to the Ethics Commission and the District Attorney.

Hearing on the status of the Order of Determination of Ben Rosenfeld against the Sheriff’s Department.

Motion to send back to the Sunshine Ordinance Task Force with recommendations for a referral to the Ethics Commission. (Craven/Comstock)
