Discussion of possible amendments to the Sunshine Ordinance
- "Passive meeting" and "passive meeting bodies."
- Other relevant issues that the Task Force wish to raise.
- Department/agency feedback regarding Sunshine Ordinance Amendments including but not limited to the SF Library Commission.
- Section 67.28, Fees
Speakers: David Pilpel, spoke on "passive meeting" and "passive meeting bodies"; Mike Housh, Secretary of the Library Commission, spoke on the Library providing public the access to public records; Juan De Anda, recommended City departments to utilize technology when responding to public information request.
