Call to Order: 4:05 p.m.

	1.		Adoption of February 10, 2011, regular meeting minutes. Member Cauther, seconded by Member Manneh, motioned to approve the minutes. Public Comment: None. The motion passed by the following vote. Ayes: 3 – Cauthen, Manneh, Chan
	2.	10027	Hearing on the status of the August 6, 2010, Order of Determination of Barry Taranto against the Municipal Transportation Board. The matter was sent back to the full Task Force without objection. Public Comment: None
	3.		Outreach presentations: · Matthew Smith of SF Weekly to talk about ideas on outreach and improvements. Follow up for the March 7, 2011, Local Homeless Coordinating Board. meeting. The matter was continued to the April 14, 2011, meeting without objection. Public Comment: None
	4.		Inviting ethnic media to promote the Sunshine Ordinance. The matter was continued to the April 14, 2011, meeting without objection. Public Comment: None
	5.		Inviting other Cities and Counties to discuss Sunshine issues. The matter was continued to the April 14, 2011, meeting without objection. Public Comment: None
	6.		Creation of guide for City employees on how to respond to a Sunshine request. The matter was continued to the April 14, 2011, meeting without objection. Public Comment: None
	7.		Creation of a Facebook page. The matter was continued to the April 14, 2011, meeting without objection. Public Comment: None
	8.		Public comment for items not listed on the agenda: None
