Adoption of March 10, 2011, regular meeting minutes.

Member Cauthen, seconded by Member Manneh, motioned to approve the minutes.

Public Comment: Tomas Picarello

The motion carried by the following vote.
Ayes: 2 – Cauthen, Manneh
Excused: 1 - Costa

Hearing on the status of the January 20, 2011, Order of Determination regarding #10050_Ray Hartz against the Police Commission.

Continued to the May 12, 2011, meeting.

Hearing on the status of the January 25, 2011, Order of Determination regarding #10054_Ray Hartz against the Library Commission.

Continued to the May 12, 2011, meeting.

Hearing on the status of the February 22, 2011, Order of Determination regarding #10067_Charles Pitts against the Local Homeless Coordinating Board.

Taken off calendar.

Hearing on the status of the February 22, 2011, Order of Determination regarding #110001_William Clark against the City Attorney’s Office.

Heard: Complainant William Clark and Respondent Jack Song of the City Attorney’s Office provided their status reports.

Member Cauthen, seconded by Member Manneh, motioned that the parties report back to the Committee on May 12, 2011.

Public Comment: Tomas Picarello said the matter should be referred back to the full Task Force for non-compliance. Robert Clark agreed with Mr. Picarello.

The motion carried by the following vote.
Ayes: 2 – Cauthen, Manneh
Excused: 1 - Costa

Hearing on the status of the February 22, 2011, Order of Determination regarding #110002_William Clark against the City Attorney’s Office

Heard: Complainant William Clark and Respondent Jack Song of the City Attorney’s Office provided their status reports.

Member Cauthen, seconded by Member Manneh, motioned to have the matter referred back to the full Task Force.

Public Comment: Robert Clark and Tomas Picarello agreed with the motion.

The motion carried by the following vote.
Ayes: 2 – Cauthen, Manneh
Excused: 1 - Costa

Public comment for items not listed on the agenda: Charles Pitts wanted to know the status of Item #4. Mr. Rustom said the item was for the next agenda and should not have appeared on this agenda. Tomas Picarello said staff should email all parties if an item is taken off calendar.
