Called to order at 4:00 p.m.

Roll Call: All members present.

1. Minutes of July 11, 2002. Approved. (Jenkins/Williams)

2. Recommended form for public records requests.

Motion adopted approving the draft letter to departments regarding a suggested public request form; the draft Letter and Sample Public Records Request Form as attached. ((Jenkins/Williams)

3. Letter to Public Library recommending use of model form for public records requests.

Motion adopted approving draft letter to Public Library regarding their public records request procedures. (Jenkins/Williams)

4. Public Comment

Public comment from Kevin Blackwell regarding public records requests.
