1. Minutes of November 9, 2000
Motion adopted approving the minutes of November 9, 2000.

2. Distribution of Task Force materials to employees and
officials of the City/County of San Francisco
Administrator to distribute e-mail policy to Department
Heads for their distribution to employees who use e-mail; distribution to
go out on Sunshine Ordinance Task Force letterhead.
3. Progress of implementing work plan
Chair Hogan reported he had met with City DTIS representative
to discuss placing items on the Task Force web page. Chair Hogan to work on
placing the questions and answers; the e-mail policy, and the complaint form
on the web page.
Member Courtney to work on draft letter to send to neighborhood
groups.
Administrator requested to send brochures to the branch
libraries. The brochures have been placed at the Main Library.
4. Public Comment
The meeting adjourned at 4:00 p.m. Next meeting March 8.
