Minutes approved. (Cauthen/Hogan)

2. Progress of implementing work plan

--Letter to neighborhood groups to be sent (with follow-up calls)

Have neighborhood reps distribute the letter

--Meet with Ted Fang (Paul to do)

--Contact to be made with School District, City College

--List of City agencies that do not follow into Sunshine

3. Public Comment
