1. Minutes of September 6, 2001. Minutes approved. (Kowalczuk/Williams)
2. Progress of implementing work plan.
--Meeting with Neighborhood groups
Alex Tourk of the Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services presented information to the Committee regarding the neighborhood groups. The Committee to set meetings with the neighborhood groups.
--Information to Non profit groups
Letter to be distributed to non-profits stating the Committee would be setting up a training session.
3. Suggestions for Sunshine Ordinance Task Force Annual Report.
Suggestion to include the outreach efforts and the appointment of a community volunteer position.
4. Public Comment: No public comment.
