Agenda Changes
1. Minutes of October 16, 2001. Approved (Kowalczuk/Williams)
2. Community Liaison Volunteer work program.
Position to be posted and noticed the same as vacancies of Task Force Members; also to be posted on the Task Force web page.
Member Kowalczuk to work with Sue Cauthen to draft qualifications.
Position to draft press releases discussed-possibly on monthly basis; work with news persons to get information out regarding Task Force activities; information to be disseminated other than agendas and minutes to be worked through the Deputy City Attorney, the Administrator, and the Task Force Chair.
Chair Guillory to present report to the Task Force regarding the discussion of qualifications for Volunteer Community Liaison; the option for extending this position for another month; the recommendation to be brought before the Task Force at their December meeting.
3. Progress of implementing work plan. Discussion item
--Upcoming neighborhood meetings
Outline of SOTF Presentations; to be approved by Task Force Chair; to be distributed through Alex Tourk
--Information to non-profit groups
Presentation will be given to the Sunset Neighborhood Coalition neighborhood group; also to the Harvey Milk Club.
4. Public Comment
Male speaker, stating he was in attendance to get information on the Sunshine Ordinance.
