1. Mission Statement and Work Program
Motion adopted approving the mission statement and work
program as attached to submit to the Task Force. (Courtney, Hogan)
Discussion held regarding the detailed work program, i.e.,
--Possibly having brochure in Braille, audio, additional
languages, larger font.
--Stating on each translation of the brochure what other
languages the brochure is printed.
--Pulling together a list of the most frequently asked
questions, with answers.
--Dealing with media requests
Next meeting to discuss:
--List of groups to address
--Frequently asked questions
--Possibly taking on some of the Annual Report
Regular meetings set for the first Wednesday of each month,
noon. The next meeting, however to be set for October 11, noon.
2. Public Comment
Joe Partansky addressed the Committee regarding records
requests and availability and accessibility.
Meeting adjourned at 1:15 p.m.
