2. Work Program
Hilda Bernstein, Chair of the Sunshine Ordinance Task
Force, reported she had talked with Bevan Dufty of the Mayor’s Office, and
they were willing to distribute material from the Sunshine Ordinance Task
Force.
Paul Hogan to contact Marie-Lorraine Mallare to request
her expertise on drafting a press release; press releases to be distributed
before Task Force meetings.
Vince Courtney requested the Mayor’s Office be contacted
and ask for their press email listing.
Jackie Minor to contact Planning Department and request
their mailing lists.
Vince Courtney to request listing from Tony Kilroy.
Paul Hogan and Vince Courtney to meet with web person
to talk about placing Frequently Asked Questions on the web.
Frequently Asked Questions to be sent to Committee before
finalizing them for the web.

Meeting dates set for the first Thursdays of each month,
3:00 p.m.
