Discussion regarding possible groups and dates for community meetings to discuss proposed amendments to the Sunshine Ordinance.
Public comment from Dr. Alexandra Nickliss requesting information about meeting dates and places that the Committee will decide on.
Motion adopted recommending to the Task Force that the Public Education and Information Committee and the Compliance and Amendments Committee hold a community meeting at the Southeast Community Center on Wednesday, October 15, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. (Williams/Mehra)
Motion adopted recommending to the Task Force that the Public Education and Information Committee and the Compliance and Amendments Committee set a community meeting tentative date of Saturday, November 8, 2003, 12:30 p.m., Visitacion Valley. (Williams/Mehra)
Motion adopted recommending to the Task Force that the Public Education and Information Committee and the Compliance and Amendments Committee set a community meeting tentative date of Wednesday, January 28, 2003, 7:30 p.m., at the City College of San Francisco Mission Campus. (Williams/Mehra)
Motion adopted recommending to the Task Force that the Public Education and Information Committee and the Compliance and Amendments Committee set a community meeting tentative date of Saturday, February 21, 2003, 12:00, in District 5. (Williams/Mehra)
