Update on proposed changes to the Sunshine Ordinance.
Chair Parker gave oral update.
Public Comment from Lurilla Harris asking for clarification of changes.
This item is continued to the next Committee meeting.

Discussion of times and dates for Committee meetings.
Motion adopted to recommend to the Task Force that the Compliance & Amendments Committee meet on the second Tuesday of each month and the Complaint Committee meet on the third Tuesday of each month. (Pilpel/Parker) (Williams absent)

Direction of Public Education & Information Committee. (Garrett Jenkins)
--Discussion of work program for 2004.
Discussion was held regarding working with departments to be more education proactive, i.e., going to departments and explaining the Sunshine Ordinance to those who are responsible for records; also suggestion was made to request departments to address the Task Force and let the Task Force know what their procedures are as regards public records.
This item continued to the next meeting for further discussion.
