Member Pilpel discussed the proposed tentative calendar of future agenda items.
Member Pilpel instructed the Administrator to inquire whether Kay Gulbengay, Deputy Clerk, Board of Supervisors, is available to attend the next meeting to speak about the Legislative process regarding: What’s on the web, the 30 day rule, access to minutes, and legislative history.
Member Pilpel requested Deputy City Attorney, Ernest Llorente, to identify someone from the City Attorneys office who can speak on publishing of public notices, in December
