Discussion regarding the status of the September 27, 2005 Order of Determination of Todd Wallack against the Assessor-Recorder’s Office.
Speakers: Todd Wallack, Complainant; Craig Dziedzic, Tax Manager, Office of the Assessor-Recorder
Continued without objection to the February 9, 2006 meeting; to be scheduled first on the agenda.
In accordance with committee consensus Chair Pilpel requested that the Assessor Phil Ting and the MIS person attend the meeting.

Committee Members’ comments, questions and request for future agenda items.
Chair Pilpel discussed the tentative calendar for future agenda items.
Chair Pilpel asked the Administrator to be prepared to discuss the Sunshine Ordinance Task Force Web Site in March.
Chair Pilpel asked the Administrator to invite the Human Services Network to the February 2006 meeting should we have a discussion regarding 12L.
Chair Pilpel asked the Administrator to speak with the Deputy City Attorney Llorente regarding having Amy Ackerman or someone from the City Attorneys office attend the February meeting to talk about the Annual Training and Good Government Guide.
Member Williams stressed the importance of having Chair Pilpel’s contact information. Chair Pilpel asked the Administrator to redistribute the revised contact information to Task Force members.
By Committee consensus Member Wolfe will be responsible for General Public and News Media Outreach.
