(3) Alteration of public records-including, but not limited to, the following:
(a) audio and video records of Planning Commission 5/9/02 regular meeting, said records provided by Planning Commission and Citywatch, respectively;

SUNSHINE ORDINANCE TASK FORCE HEARING PROCEDURES
Note: Each member of the public will be allotted the same maximum number of minutes to speak as set by the Chair at the beginning of each item, excluding persons requested by the Task Force to make presentations.
1. Complainant presents his/her facts and evidence 5 minutes
2. Other parties present facts and evidence 5 minutes each party
3. City responds 5 minutes
4. Complainant presents rebuttal 3 minutes

6. Matter is with the Task Force for discussion and deliberation
