1. Public hearing, Anthony Imperial against the Human Rights Commission for failure to produce records.
Anthony Imperial, Complainant, addressed the Task Force.
Catharine Barnes, Deputy City Attorney, representing the Human Rights Commission, addressed the Task Force.
Order of Determination adopted as follows: (Koltun, Knee) (Brugmann, Harrison, Sterner, Nickliss, Williams absent)
Pursuant to the stipulations of the parties of this complaint, the Human Rights Commission will produce all public records including phone logs, within the last 12 months, of any form of complaint or protest involving contracts that were awarded during this period.
