Motion adopted to establish a Rules Committee to
address rules and regulations of the Task Force; mechanics of complaints;
by-laws, etc. (Appel, Cauthen)
Chair Planthold appointed Hilda Bernstein as Chair
of the Rules Committee. Additional three members to be appointed at
the close of the meeting.

Tentative Special Meeting set for June 20, 2000
for Prop G training for the Task Force and to discuss the complaint
procedures; next Regular Meeting June 27, 2000.
Chair Planthold appointed Daniel Guillory, Paul Hogan, Judy
Appel to serve on the Rules Committee with Chair Hilda Bernstein.
