Article IV, Section 7. Action at a Meeting; Quorum and Required Vote
Article IV, Section 11. Public Testimony
Article VII. Attendance
Deputy City Attorney Minor to take comments and incorporate for presentation
to the Rules Committee. The Rules Committee will redraft and present the next
draft to the next Task Force Meeting.
Report from Judy Appel on Initial
Outline of Proposed Complaint Procedure. General discussion held among members
regarding:
Role of the Administrator, Custodian of Records
Language regarding City Attorney structure
Difference between a complaint and a question of the ordinance
Repeat customers
Judy Appel will incorporate comments from the Task Force into another draft
and present to the Rules Committee. The Rules Committee will redraft and present
the next draft to the next Task Force Meeting.
Report by Daniel Guillory on timelines
for requirements of the Task Force. General discussion was held regarding the
timelines.

General discussion was held regarding public education and information and media.
The Task Force was in agreement with
the proposed committee.

After committees are formed, each committee will bring back their charge.
Possibility of Rules Committee being elected by the entire Task Force; however,
suggestion was made the Chair appoint all committees
By-Laws are always subject to amendment and modification
Hilda Bernstein stated all comments
from the Task Force would be considered by the Rules Committee and another draft
presented at the next Task Force Meeting.
