2. Regular Meeting Schedule

Shall the regular meetings be set for the second Tuesdays of each month at 5:30 p.m.?

3. Annual Report

Review of Sunshine Ordinance Task Force Annual Report and recommendation to the Task Force to adopt the Annual Report

4. Civil Grand Jury Recommendations

Review of San Francisco Civil Grand Jury Recommendations related to Sheriff’s Department and make recommendations to the Task Force regarding Task Force comments. (See the attached sections of the report related to the Sheriff’s Department.)

5. Response letter to San Francisco Civil Grand Jury

Review letters to the Mayor, Board of Supervisors and Clerk of the Board as required by letter to the San Francisco Civil Grand Jury. Recommend letters to the Task Force.

6. Public Comment
