the Task Force when another City Attorney has given an opinion on a
complaint.
--Members of Task Force to be represented on each
complaint issue for a determination.
--If the Task Force sees conflicts with the Sunshine
Ordinance, make recommendations to the board of Supervisors.
--The Administrator to keep a communications log

draft for the complaint procedure.
Jackie Minor distributed draft by-laws. After today’s
discussion, Jackie to incorporate new discussion and present another
draft for next meeting.
Discussion was held regarding attendance and
membership, unexcused/excused absences/removal of members from Task
Force; possibly have regulation of no more than three absences in
a 12-month rolling cycle.
Citizen Frederick Hobson stated he was in agreement
with having a regulation on absences.

with proposed Public Education and Information Committee.

be charge of the Rules Committee, i.e.,
--Any matters regarding by-laws
--Operating procedures for Sunshine Ordinance Task
force
--Insuring annual objectives are accomplished by
the Task Force
--Annual report
--Recommendations on Mission Statement
