1. Approval of minutes of February 12, 2002. Minutes approved. (Guillory/Kowalczuk)
2. Deputy City Attorney report on Ethics Commission. Report presented.
3. Discussion of appropriate procedures relating to enforcement of Sunshine Ordinance Task Force actions.
Deputy City Attorney Ernest Llorente and Administrator Donna Hall to prepare draft for boilerplate language to review at the next Ad Hoc meeting; boilerplate language to include a generic sheet to place on back of the Order of Determinations, and information on options for non-compliance of the Orders of Determination.
