Commissioners Present: Davidson, Deng, Liang, Williams.

The agenda was approved unanimously by acclamation.

A. Election of Committee Chair.

Davidson nominated herself and was elected unanimously by acclamation.

5. Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 8:38pm.
