Skateboarding Task Force
SPECIAL NOTICE

Please be advised that the Skateboarding Task Force will be discussing the following bylaws changes at their regularly scheduled meeting on

September 10, 2003
5:30-7:30 PM
City Hall - 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, Room 278

I. Sec. VI - insert after the first sentence: The Chairman must be informed twenty-four (24) hours prior to the beginning of the meeting of a member's inability to attend. The Chairman will make a reasonable judgement if the absence is to be excused.

II. Add a second paragraph in Sec. VI : Committee participation shall also require absence notification twenty-four (24) hours prior to the beginning of the meeting. The committee chair / convener will make a reasonable judgement if the absence is to be excused. A committee meeting is to be regarded as a scheduled meeting.

III. Add a third paragraph in Sec. VI : Members arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled meeting time will be considered tardy. Two tardy arrivals shall be equivalent to an un-excused absence.

IV. Sec IV - change (Month) to March.

Please be advised that the Chair may order the removal from the meeting room of any person(s) responsible for the ringing or use of a cell phone, pager, or other similar sound-producing electronic devices.
